Yes, we are committed to your health and safety. We follow the recommendations of the CDC and the local health department. If you’re more comfortable, you can book a private cruise for just your group. If you’re booking a seat on a public cruise, we request that you bring a face mask with you. You may also want to bring your own cooler. We will encourage social distancing between different groups. We thoroughly clean the boat and sanitize high-touch surfaces between each cruise. Our crew will undergo health screenings prior to each shift. All crew will wear face coverings. Hand sanitizer will be on board. Its use is required prior to boarding the boat and is encouraged throughout your cruise.
For bookings prior to the day of cruising, you can book here. For same day bookings, please contact us by phone at 813-808-6068

For per person bookings, up to 6 passengers are allowed. If you charter the whole boat, the person doing the booking may bring up to 12 guests for a total of 13 passengers plus crew.

If you chartered the entire vessel and your group will still total 13 or fewer passengers, feel free to bring them along. If you booked by the seat, the maximum is 6 passengers and you can add them via the online reservation system up until the day before the cruise. For same day additions, please contact the office at 813-808-6068 to confirm that there will be space available. We’ll be happy to accommodate you if we can.

Our cruises are normally between 1 ½ and 2 hours long although it’s possible that a cruise could be cut short due to inclement weather. Special arrangements for longer cruises can be made by calling the office. You can also book 2, 3 or even 4 consecutive cruises online and receive the normal break time in between cruises for free. You can see the details of our different cruises here.

You can book 2, 3 or even 4 cruises back to back and receive the normal break time in between cruises for free.

Public cruises pick up and drop off at Curtis Hixon Park. If you’re chartering the entire boat for a private cruise, you can select your choice of pick up locations along the Hillsborough River at checkout or by contacting us directly. If you are on a private charter and prefer to disembark at a different location than where you were picked up, your Captain can drop you off at any public dock along our route, space permitting.

You can check out our different options and their pricing here.

We accept credit card and debit payments (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover.)

For daytime cruises, most definitely! However, for the safety of all passengers, we ask that you don’t use spray sunscreen that can make the deck extremely slippery.

We cruise along the mighty Hillsborough River. You will see the incredible views of beautiful downtown Tampa from the water – including the lively Curtis Hixon Park, the expansive Julian B. Lane Park, the meandering Tampa Riverwalk, the impressive Straz Performing Arts Center, the statuesque Tampa Convention Center, the historic University of Tampa, the active Water Works Park and the bustling Armature Works. Please note that cruise routes are subject to change based on weather conditions and the Captain’s discretion.

On private charters, that’s your call. If there are bars, restaurants or bathrooms where you would like to stop, let your Captain know and he/she will be happy to oblige as long as there is open dock space. If you’re on a public/shared cruise, we’re unlikely to make any stops unless the group unanimously agrees.

During public cruises, we’ll do our best to keep all passengers happy with the music, whether it be one of our playlists, one of yours, or one of the other passenger’s. For private charters, you are welcome to play your own music over our Bluetooth sound system.

Yes, we allow you to bring and hang party decorations if you have booked a private charter. You may only hang items using Scotch tape or painter’s tape. No duct tape, pins or staples are allowed. No decorations including political or in any way divisive messages are allowed. This will be at the Captain’s discretion.

Although we may wait out a brief shower, most of our cruises will run during light rain or moderate weather conditions as our tiki roof will often keep you dry, but we do reserve the right to cancel due to significant weather factors. If we do cancel or suspend an outing due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds or the like, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. You will have the choice to either reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

Yes, we have wearable U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets aboard for each adult passenger. There is also a throw ring aboard. If you are bringing a child with you, please bring your own U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket(s). Otherwise, please let us know how many children you are bringing and the weight of each child so we can make the appropriate accommodations for life jackets.
Children under 13 years old MUST WEAR a life jacket at all times that the boat is underway. If you do not know how to swim or are unable to swim for any reason, you MUST WEAR a life jacket at all times that the boat is underway.

Children are allowed on any full boat charter but not on a per-seat booking of a public tour. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is over the age of 25. Please note that children under 13 years old MUST WEAR a life jacket which we do not have on board. You can bring your own U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket(s). Regardless, please let us know if you plan to bring children, how many, and the weight of each child so we can make the appropriate accommodations for back-up life jackets, just to be safe.

Pets are not allowed with the exception of registered service animals. Please provide your own dog life jacket. For private charters, we may be able to make special arrangements so please feel free to call the office with any requests.

Our boat provides a slow, relaxing cruise with a maximum speed of about 6 miles per hour. Our actual speed will depend on weather conditions and the number of passengers.
Our cruises are calm and safe. Although we don’t have any restrictions against accepting pregnant passengers, we recommend that you check with your doctor prior to booking your cruise. Upon arrival, please notify us of your pregnancy. If, for any reason, we feel it would be unsafe for you to board the boat, we will cancel your tour and refund your fee.

Our passengers will be exposed to the elements such as sun, rain, sea spray, waves and the wakes of other boats. Please consider this when determining if this tour is suitable for you. Only passengers in good health should participate. For your safety, please consult your physician if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have heart, neck or back issues, have had recent surgery, suffer from motion sickness or have any other condition that may be aggravated by this cruise. All guests, including those with disabilities or those who use a wheelchair, must be able to transfer into and out of the boat by themselves or with assistance from a member of their party.

Bookings are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your booking is canceled, we will do our best to re-book you at another time or refund your booking (this excludes behavioral and/or alcohol-related cancelations – these circumstances will never be rescheduled or refunded.) For weather-related issues, we may wait out a brief shower, reschedule or refund your payment if unable to reschedule. “No shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Tipping is never expected but is always appreciated as the captains work hard to ensure your safety, comfort and enjoyment. If you had a wonderful time, 15-20% of the booking fee is a customary gratuity.

We greatly appreciate 5-star, positive reviews left on TripAdvisor, Yelp, and/or Google. If you have less than stellar feedback for us, we’d appreciate if you give us the opportunity to rectify that privately.
